Access Management & Adaptive Authentication
Every access decision, weighted by real-time risk.
My-Access is Memority's Access Management (AM) offer. It ensures that every access to your applications, resources, and data complies with your organization's security requirements. My-Access applies the right authentication process for each access, based on application criticality, identity attributes, user context, and location.
My-Access belongs to the Control layer of the 360° Identity Factory, alongside My Keys for strong authentication.
See The 360° Identity Factory for the full picture.
How My-Access addresses the three IAM challenges
-
Identity-first security architectures. My-Access evaluates every access in real time against static and dynamic risk signals, and contextually triggers step-up authentication or denies access. ML-driven Risk-Based Authentication runs in production today.
-
Frictionless user journeys. One authentication hub serves employees, partners, and customers. Users benefit from passwordless flows, unified SSO across cloud and on-premises applications, and a self-service portal.
-
Business agility. Through the application self-boarding portal, business teams onboard new applications into the IAM perimeter autonomously, without IT project overhead. My-Access natively supports every federation protocol.
Core capabilities
Integration with authoritative sources
My-Access adapts to your existing information system as a consumer, provider, or consolidated repository of the identities that access your applications. It ingests identities through flat files, native connectors, or REST APIs, and supports custom interfaces for rapid integration across multiple sources.
SSO and advanced identity federation
Users sign in once and reach all their authorized applications, in the cloud and on premises, without re-entering credentials. My-Access natively supports SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

Modern frictionless authentication
Eliminate passwords, the primary identity attack vector. My-Access supports Windows Hello, FIDO2, passkeys, biometrics, and physical tokens. For populations without dedicated devices, it delivers secure OTPs through email, SMS, or a mobile app.

Risk-Based Authentication (RBA)
My-Access computes a real-time risk score at each access attempt, based on:
-
Static signals: user type, organization, authorizations, and application criticality
-
Dynamic signals: date, time, location, IP address, device, and connection history
When the score crosses the risk threshold, My-Access triggers step-up authentication or blocks the access. The ML model runs in production today.

Multi-population authentication hub
One hub serves every population:
-
Employees authenticate directly.
-
Partners authenticate through federated delegation to their own IdP.
-
Customers authenticate through social login (such as Meta, Google, or X) or passwordless flows.

Smart propagation of identity information
My-Access generates and translates tokens that carry the attributes, profiles, device data, and context each application needs. Multi-protocol translation ensures interoperability across your entire application estate, with full traceability.
Self-service application integration portal
A guided wizard walks application owners through integration, and delegated deployment aligns with your internal organization. A catalog of pre-integrated applications accelerates onboarding. Business teams gain autonomy, and IT stops being a bottleneck.
User self-service portal
End users get a unified, personalized view of their authorized applications, with their detailed authentication and access history available at any time. Simplified password and factor management directly reduces IT support ticket volume.

Authentication gateway for legacy applications
Beyond modern federation, My-Access provides a gateway that secures access to legacy applications that don't support modern protocols. No application left behind.
User interfaces
You operate My-Access through the Functional Portal (End Users and Administrators) and configure it through the Technical Administration Portal.
See Memority Portals for more information.
