The shared foundation
One platform, one data model, one API, one configuration cockpit, under every offering.
Core Services are the transverse technical foundations that all offers of the Memority Identity Factory share: My-Identity, My-Access, My-Keys, and My-Discovery. They guarantee the coherence of the platform, the exploitability of data across offers, and the security and compliance posture that enterprise-grade IAM in production requires.
Core Services sit underneath the three layers of the Identity Factory (Govern, Control, See). Every capability of every offer builds on them.
See The 360° Identity Factory for the full picture.
Unified management cockpit
You operate Memority through two complementary portals. Both span every offer:
-
The Functional Portal serves End Users, Functional Administrators, and Help Desk teams.
-
The Technical Administration Portal serves Configurators and Platform Administrators.
Both portals share the same data model, the same permission engine, and the same audit trail. You operate identity and access in one place, and you configure the platform in one place.
See Memority Portals for details.
API-first architecture
Memority exposes every platform capability through REST APIs in three families:
-
Data management APIs run CRUD operations on identities, roles, resources, and workflows.
-
Configuration APIs let you manage every configuration element programmatically.
-
Reporting and auditing APIs expose every dashboard, KPI, and audit event for external ingestion.
OAuth2 protects all APIs. An out-of-the-box Postman collection accelerates your integration. The API-first model supports full CI/CD workflows, external orchestration (ITSM, SIEM, SOAR), and integration with your own automation platforms.
Configuration over customization
You configure Memority; you don't customize it. The platform delivers the vast majority of use cases, including complex enterprise IAM scenarios, through configuration alone, without a single line of specific code.
-
Portal configuration: you configure all object types, features, workflows, policies, and connectors visually.
-
XML import: you import configurations in bulk and promote them across environments (development, staging, production).
-
Versioning: Memority versions every configuration, and you can roll back to any previous version.
-
CI/CD support: configuration-as-code workflows fit into your continuous delivery pipeline.
-
Advanced scripting (Groovy): for the rare edge cases that require custom logic, you write Groovy scripts for attribute computation, event-driven policies, and notifications.
The result: you deploy faster, upgrade more easily, and carry no vendor-specific development debt.
Data & Analytics
The Memority reporting engine aggregates data across the entire Identity Factory (My-Identity, My-Access, My-Keys, and My-Discovery) through a single, unified data model. Cross-offer correlation happens natively in the engine; you don't stitch data together downstream.
-
Customizable dashboards: you build dashboards from reporting widgets: charts, lists, SoD violations, sync operations, and account information.
-
Self-Driven Dashboard: every Functional Administrator builds their own dashboard and never waits for a Configurator.
-
Out-of-the-box reports: Memority ships reports for identity data quality, reconciliation, identities with their applications and last authentication, identity lifecycle, authentication, and solution usage.
-
Export and APIs: you can export every report to CSV or XLSX, or pull it through the REST API.
-
Compliance-ready: the reports produce evidence that aligns with NIS2, DORA, GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001.
Traceability & audit
Memority audits every operation. Nothing escapes the audit trail, and no one can edit it retroactively.
-
Identity-level audit shows the full action history of a single identity.
-
Tenant-level audit shows every operation across the tenant, and you can filter by date, actor, modified attributes, and action type.
-
REST API access lets you ingest audit data into your SIEM, GRC, or data lake.
AI layer
Memority embeds AI at the core of the Identity Factory as a shared service. It enriches every offer (My-Identity, My-Access, My-Keys, and My-Discovery) with continuous risk intelligence. The AI runs in production today, inside the decisions that matter most.
Machine learning powers the Risk-Based Authentication engine. The engine evaluates static and dynamic signals (user context, device, location, connection history, and application criticality) in real time and adapts each authentication decision. The same intelligence drives an AI-based approval risk score that qualifies every access request and strengthens approval workflows with a measurable risk signal. Predictive AI extends this logic to identity behavior itself: it detects anomalies and weak signals across populations, entitlements, and usage patterns.
Three non-negotiable principles govern every AI capability at Memority:
-
Explainability: you can justify and audit every decision.
-
Human-in-the-loop: when uncertainty arises, humans stay in control.
-
Readability: the AI presents its outputs graphically, so you can interpret them without data-science expertise.
This foundation is the first step of a documented trajectory toward AI-native identity governance.
SaaS-native, multi-tenant architecture
Memority runs as a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform and fully separates tenants logically:
-
Memority hosts your data in sovereign European infrastructure.
-
Each tenant runs in full isolation.
-
The platform scales elastically with your load.
-
Upgrades happen with zero downtime.
