Two portals, one platform: one experience for daily operations, one for platform configuration.
Memority delivers its services through two complementary web portals. Both run in any modern browser and together they serve every user population involved in identity and access management:

The Functional Portal serves End Users, Functional Administrators, and Help Desk teams.

The Administration Portal serves Configurators and Platform Administrators.
Both portals span the entire 360° Identity Factory. They serve My Identity, My Access, and My Keys through a single interface, and each user sees only the features they're entitled to.
The Functional Portal
The Functional Portal is the day-to-day interface for operating identity and access management across your organization. It serves three main audiences:

End Users complete self-service actions: access requests, password reset, authentication factor enrollment, and application launch.

Functional Administrators run identity, role, and access operations on the objects they manage.

Help Desk teams handle user support scenarios: factor reset, temporary unblocking, and delegation.
Key characteristics

Role-based experience. Each user sees only the features, actions, and information their permissions allow. One portal, many experiences.

Multi-language. The interface follows the language preferences of the authenticated user. You can customize translations per tenant.

Guided UX. Info bubbles guide users through each operation. You can configure the home page with feature shortcuts, external links, or embedded documents.

Self-service by default. The application portal, access requests, password reset, MFA enrollment, trusted device management, profile edits, and identity document upload all work out of the box.

Cross-offer. The same portal covers My Identity, My Access, and My Keys operations. Users never switch tools.
The Technical Administration Portal
The Tecnhical Administration Portal is the configuration cockpit of the Memority platform. Configurators and Platform Administrators use it to shape how the platform behaves without writing custom code.
Key characteristics

Configuration over customization. You can configure the entire platform through the portal: object types, identity lifecycles, features, workflows, authorization policies, authentication mechanisms, and connectors.

Two configuration modes. You can create and manage configuration elements through the portal UI or through XML import. XML import supports bulk configuration, environment promotion, and CI/CD workflows.

Environment management. Memority versions your configurations, and you can promote them across environments (development, staging, production).

Theming and branding. You can fully customize the visual identity of both portals: logo, colors, and layout.

Access control. Fine-grained permissions ensure that each configurator sees and modifies only what falls within their delegation scope.
One platform, one unified experience
